We are open for business and taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and staff is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are closely monitoring the official advice given by both the World Health Organisation and the guidelines from Public Health England on the steps we are undertaking. We are vigilant in ensuring all of our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the developing situation.
Most of our systems and services are designed in such a way that they are easily and securely supported by colleagues working from home. Our flexible working practices mean that most of our colleagues are used to working remotely but we have provided additional equipment where required to ensure the same high level of service is delivered to our customers.
We are providing support to colleagues to ensure their safety and well-being at this difficult time and are focussing on those who may be more vulnerable or who are caring for others.
For the foreseeable we will no longer be holding meetings on site with customers and prospective customers. Any planned face-to-face meetings have either been moved online or delayed if an alternative isn’t possible.
We will continue to monitor and revise this guidance as the situation develops. We will update our customers and suppliers if the outbreak worsens and starts to impact the delivery of our services.
Please stay safe and practice the isolation techniques outlined on the UK Government’s Coronavirus website:https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
